So how many fruit and vegetables are you having?

Fruit and vegetables can help protect you from diseases such as cancer and heart disease. Try to have at least 5 portions of fruit and vegetables a day, In fact, the more you eat the better! Very Large Fruit- 1 slice melon or pineapple
1 large fruit apple, banana, orange
2 medium fruit plum, kiwi, clementine
Berries - 1 cupful raspberries, grapes
Stewed/ canned fruit 3 tblspns stewed apple, canned apples/peaches
Dried fruit - 1/2 tblspn dried apricots, currants, apple
Fruit juice - 1 wine glass orange/tomato/pineapple juice
