If your looking for some great vegetarian snacks, why not try some of our tasty and very simple snack ideas?
Even if your not a vegetarian why not try them as a healthy alternate to your usual chocolate bar or crisps!
Handful of sunflower seeds (15g)
A piece of fruit.
Slice of toast with peanut butter (15g).
1 toasted muffin with scraping of jam.
Handful of shelled nuts of choice (15g)
100mls natural low fat bio yoghurt blended with 75mls orange juice
and 1 teaspoon runny honey.
1 apple and 4 pieces ready to eat dried apricots.
2 ryvittas with 25g half fat soft cheese and a raw carrot.
1 pot of low fat yoghurt/formage frais.
